Students will apply basic principles of nutrition with an emphasis on identification, functions, and food sources of nutrients required by individuals for optimum health and development during virtual discussions with students at New Castle University in the United Kingdom, The Hague University in the Netherlands, and Andre Bello University in Venezuela.
